Here is a picture of it. Yes, I am taking the opportunity with this adventure to give up the habit. Heck, this journey is going to be 51 odd hours with no way to smoke… might as well make it the final stage of the detox, eh?
Of course, I had to prep for it a week before the trip. I started to cut down my intake as well as consuming a tablespoon of vinegar nightly.
What? Why vinegar? (You may ask.) Well, because while you sleep it leeches the nicotine out of your liver while you sleep. That way one’s craving becomes less and less. So, in combo it’s pretty effective.
So, yeah… goodbye to the cigs.
