… and actually engaged in work this weekend. ::puppy whimper::

As a result of this breach, the applications for Rogue 2009 are now complete. Also, Fresnocentric has a brand spanking new look. It wasn’t all work though. I did manage to watch a movie on DVD and tonight there was this interesting limited series that started on PBS. (BTW… for a limited time you’ll be able to watch episodes online.) But that was pretty much the extent of my weekend.

Oh… fine… you caught me… I did also watch The Amazing Race. Yes, I’ll even admit that I enjoy it. Don’t look so shocked! It’s a fun way to travel the world from the comfort of your couch. Plus, a lot of the challenges actually utilize elements of local culture from the particular country they happen to be in at the time. For a reality based TV show… I have to admit that it’s… actually kinda fun.

Tomorrow is Mum’s birthday so, I need to think of cooking something she likes. I think a ride to the local Baskin-Robbins and returning with a healthy dollop of ice-cream will put a wider smile on her face. She got a call from her sister this evening wishing her for the occasion… that put a big smile on her face too.

Oh yeah, there is also the Earth, Wind & Fire concert tomorrow night (tonight if you are reading this Monday) at the Big Fresno Fair to attend. Hmm… perhaps it was a good thing I accomplished all that I did this weekend.
