I really feel that anyone the least bit moved by the spirit of community service should bend down and pick up any nail or screw that one sees on a street. And you *will* see them–all that time. And they *will* end up in someone’s tire if you don’t.( I picked up two just yesterday.)
Sorry ’bout the luck, we had to fix a tire just last week for the same reason.

This has happened to my tire three times in the last few years. I’m with Blake about the need to “police” the hardware from the streets.
